4.5 Network server installation

1. Create directories X:\GEIS\ETC\COMMON\ and X:\GEIS\BIN\.
2. Copy all files from C:\GEIS\BIN\to X:\GEIS\BIN\ as shown in Figure 2.
3. Copy INTRVS.SD2 from C:\GEIS\ETC\COMMON\ to X:\GEIS\ETC\COMMON\ using PROC COPY as shown in Figure 2.
4. Create the directory X:\GEIS\ETC\CALLCOST\.
